Discovery Call
We sit down with you, in person or virtually, to understand what you need. We talk through your goals, your audience, any sites you like the look of, and your budget. This gives us everything we need to put together a solid proposal.
Proposal & Agreement
We send you a clear breakdown of scope, cost, and timeline. Once you're happy, we agree on payment terms and get the project officially started. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Design
We build out the visual direction of your site (layout, colours, fonts, and structure). You review and give feedback, and we refine until you sign off. Nothing moves to code until the design is approved.
Build
With the design locked in, we build. We share progress along the way and give you a preview link before the final review so you can see exactly how it looks and feels.
Review & Revisions
You go through the built product and tell us what you'd like adjusted. We work through the agreed revision rounds until everything is exactly as it should be.
Launch & Handover
We deploy, set up the domain, and make sure everything is live and working. You get the full source code, a walkthrough, and a support window to handle anything post-launch.
